    I used Black Country glazing and wanted to say it was the best decision I made. We replaced our old wooden front door with a new UPVC door. Black Country glazing gave a very competitive quote, and within a few days they came to measure and did the survey. Then the door was fully fitted. The fitters were very helpful and friendly and I am honestly so happy with the service I have received. Thank you to everybody at Black Country glazing. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you

    Booked a taxi 4 hours in advance for 6.30pm, it did not turn up. Called them up to find they had not booked it in when we phoned and it would be a 7 min wait. After 10 mins still nothing, we call again and all of a sudden its a 25 min wait! There is no point in booking in advance if it is not going to turn up! Extremely annoyed with them as they made us severely late and had to call a different company. I would not recommend using them one bit.
