- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I only wish there was a zero star rating! Absolutely disgusting customer service, I have sent 3 letters and 2 emails and never yet had a response to them sorting out an issue. The engineer that came was rude, arrogant and just plain nasty to us, we had to request that he never came again. We have since changed to a more reputable company with better customer service and I could only recommend that you shop around, avoid this company at all costs because at the end of the day they end up costing you more money than you signed up for.......By Admin, September 21, 2017
